The Pier Parking Garage at 3460 NE 3rd Street (about 1 mile east) provides covered self-parking on levels 2-4, with valet on the first floor. Rates are hourly and vary: $1.50-$2.15 on weekdays, $1.80-$2.50 on weekends, and up to $3.25 during holidays or special events like the Fourth of July. Monthly permits are available for frequent visitors ($100 for roof, $150 for covered).
The Oceanside Lot at 100 N. Riverside Drive offers outdoor parking at $75 monthly, but hourly rates apply outside 6 AM-9 PM.
